Follow these instructions to correctly and safely care for this fan.

FAN CLEANING

• Always unplug the fan before cleaning.
  
• Do not allow water to drip on or into the fan housing.
  
• Use only a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap solution.
  
• Do not use harsh chemicals such as gasoline, thinner or benzene as a cleaner

FAN BLADE CLEANING

• Unplug the fan.
• Remove the front grill by opening the clips located around the perimeter.
  
• Clean the fan blade, front and rear grills with a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap solution.
  
• Securely fasten the front grill to the rear grill by closing the clips over the perimeter.

FAN HEAD, BASE AND POLE CLEANING

• Unplug fan. Then using a soft, moist cloth (with or without a mild soap solution), carefully clean the fan base, pole and head.
  
• Use CAUTION around the housing area.
• Do not allow the motor or other electrical components to be exposed to water.

FAN STORAGE

This fan can be stored either partially disassembled or
assembled.

• Store the fan in a clean, dry location between seasons or
  when not in use for an extended period of time.
  
• Keep the fan protected from dirt and dust during
  storage.
  
• NOTE: This fan can also be used during the cold winter
